Dr. Kamal Kumar Tanti

Dr. Kamal Kumar Tanti is a highly qualified researcher with a unique blend of academic excellence, diverse industry experience, and a passion for impactful development. He is a competent academician and accomplished researcher, with teaching experience of 9+ years, research experience of 15+ years, and developmental experience of 4+ years. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics with a strong background in Electronics, Condensed Matter Physics, Astronomy and Astrophysics, and Remote Sensing. This allows him to tackle complex projects from various scientific angles. With over 15+ years of research experience, Dr. Tanti has a history of successfully leading and contributing to projects. He brings a practical approach honed through his industry experience in real-time modeling and telematics. Proven leadership as the Director (R&D) at the Centre for Environment and Climate Action Foundation (CECAF) demonstrates Dr. Tanti's ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively. His experience in business development and sales translates to excellent communication skills. Dr. Tanti's passion lies in contributing to environmental and social progress. His current work on climate change and climate action initiatives showcases his commitment to impactful research. Dr. Tanti thrives in diverse environments and readily adapts to new research challenges. Dr. Tanti is ideally suited for research projects in Climate Change and Sustainability, Environmental Science and Conservation, Remote Sensing and GIS Applications, Project Management, and Leadership. Dr. Kamal Kumar Tanti is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Physics Department at the Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankaradeva Viswavidyalaya (MSSV), Nagaon campus. Also, he holds an honorary position as the Director (R&D) at the Centre for Environment and Climate Action Foundation (CECAF), Guwahati, Assam. Dr. Tanti is associated with Elevista Foundation to support research work.
